Business Development Associate

Full-time · On-site (Field) · Schöllkrippen, Germany

This role focuses on partnerships within home, living, and interiors.

This role builds the early B2B channel across wholesale, distribution, and projects. You will forge partnerships and close B2B deals.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with boutiques, architects, wholesalers, and relevant partners  

  • Initiate outreach and drive commercial conversations  

  • Build and manage a structured pipeline of opportunities  

  • Follow up and convert conversations into outcomes  

  • Represent the brand in external interactions  

  • Position products and collections in B2B contexts  

  • Identify partnerships, projects, and collaboration opportunities  

  • Bring market insights into product and business decisions 

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within home, living, and interiors or product-led retail environments  

  • Experience working with wholesalers, retailers, or distribution partners  

  • German at native or near-native level  

  • Strong English (written and working)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability  

  • Structured approach to managing pipelines  

  • Ability to operate independently  

  • Experience in design-led, premium product environments is preferred  

  • Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
