E-Commerce Associate

This role focuses on ecommerce operations for product-led retail businesses.

 

Managing the ecommerce platform across product, content, and structure, ensuring consistency across product pages, collections, and updates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product uploads and updates on Shopify

  • Structure collections, tags, and product data

  • Maintain product pages with consistency and clarity

  • Implement SEO across product and content

  • Support email flows and automation

​​

  • Monitor performance and drive improvements

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify for a consumer product or retail brand, ideally in home, living, or interiors categories

  • Experience working with structured product catalogues

​​

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Structured and organized working style

​​

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce UX and product presentation

  • Sensitivity to layout, content, and visual consistency 

​​

  • Comfortable working with multilingual content

  • Strong English (written and working) 

​​

  • Must be based in Bengaluru  

  • Experience in design-led, premium product environments is preferred  

​​

  • Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
