Operations Associate

Supplier coordination, production tracking, and operational execution across a global supplier network.
Managing workflows across suppliers, production, and logistics with a focus on timelines, communication, and structure.
Frequent travel across supplier locations in India.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate with suppliers across Europe and Asia
– Track production and ensure timelines are maintained
– Manage RFQs, quotations, and supplier follow-ups
– Oversee production, inventory, and logistics workflows
– Maintain structured data across suppliers, pricing, and timelines
– Undertake supplier visits and on-ground coordination
– Contribute to improving operational processes
Requirements
– 0–3 years experience in operations, sourcing, or similar
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Clear written and verbal communication (English)
– Ability to manage multiple workflows independently
– Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets
– Interest in design, materials, and product aesthetics
– Based in Bengaluru
– Willingness to travel frequently across India as required (travel expenses covered)
