Werkstudent – Business Operations (m/f/d)

This role provides hands-on experience across product, content, operations, and logistics, offering exposure to multiple areas of the business within the home, lifestyle, and interiors sectors.

Employment type: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)

Start date: By agreement

Responsibilities

Content & Ecommerce

  • Write and refine product descriptions  

  • Manage product content and uploads  ​​​

Marketing

  • Manage the company's social media channels

  • Support content creation and marketing activities​

Operations & Logistics

  • Support day to day operations

  • Assist with logistics, shipments, and tracking

  • Handle product samples and support product shoots​

Research

  • Conduct market and product research

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Management, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

  • Must be within commuting distance of Schöllkrippen​

  • Native or near-native German

  • Strong written and working proficiency in English​​​​

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Strong interest in design-led products and brands​​

  • Previous exposure to retail, Ecommerce, or consumer product businesses is an advantage.
